    hm, meaningless can come from being weary of other things too, like weary of striving, weary of pointless goals.... weary of anything that is pointless. Pain can or can not be pointless. If it's suffering for Christ, there is meaning to it, but if it's suffering from your own sin, or the sins of this world, then it can become meaningless too.

    mm, I like proverbs 13:12. It reminds me of the song "Soon" by Hillsong. makes my heart ache and long for eternal things.
